The Home Office is introducing a new process to automatically convert eligible pre-settled status holders to settled status, without the need for them to make a further EUSS application.
These changes support the Home Office implementation of the High Court judgment in the judicial review brought by the Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements (IMA) concerning pre-settled status holders under the EUSS.
